Writing Articles, Pictures, Movies and Books

Tuesday, March 31st, 2009

Thank you Christopher,

That was indeed an answer to my question, yet I still have some doubts. Isn’t article production not competing with writing books?

This is important for others too I think, because everyone may have their own objective (in writing) and this is more than a single target of numbers although not unimportant.
It would help people to write more if they would be in a race for writing a (virtual) book.
This is what will help you in communicating a complex business change. You are to picture a vision. And writing a book could be something like that: A daring, far away, yet possible target.

First the process. This is what I always look at when dealing with business and consulting. Writing a set of articles is production (part of your personal productivity) and writing a book is also production, but yet the process of both varies.

Article production can be done by using a “simple” template. You think about any topic, you choose a problem and you write (the beginning of) a solution. This pattern – as architects would call it, doesn’t fit the book production process.

Writing a book requires a leading thread, which you must investigate first. A book requires a lot of analysis, literature investigation, etc. that fills your day. Time spend which you could not use otherwise. Not on writing articles (I think).

Besides the process, you are talking about competences. I can shoot pictures, of people, nature, of a pair of forgotten shoes in the sand near the beach. Yet I do not know the first thing about producing a film.

Although having doubts, I think there might be a solution. But I’m also curious how others think about this topic.

A Barrister’s bookcase is a traditional book shelve that comes from n Great England. Its telling feature is a flawless glass front end. This glass face is hinged at the top allowing a person comfortable admittance to ledgers and other legal documents merely by raising the glass door. The barrister bookcase is ideal for a thousand things. A Barrister’s bookcase was oftentimes used by a lawyers since it was often necessary for them to move. Today, they are very handy, specially if one is always moving. The doors make this the case. This enables ledgers and collectibles to be moved while still inside the bookcase while still continuing them.

More about these great book shelves

Good Barrister’s Wood Bookshelves avert the use of the normal sidewise opening doors and use doors that have the up and over opening mechanism. A scissor device used inside the barrister shelves ensure the mobile doors do it in a parallel manner without getting the doors jam or skew in the process. One benefit of employing the barrister bookcase is the ability to have many of these units stacked together. These bookcases give the feeling of an appealing cabinet. Depending on the preference of the owner, barrister bookcases can have a variety of material choices. Whether madeutilizing glass or wood, barristers give a effortless elgant appearance to a room.

This special kind of furniture, despite many benifits, often are rather pricy. As Luck Would Have It, there unqiueness has caused some manufacturers to start producing replica editions. Some progressive versions are also available at very healthy prices. Many editions have simple looks. These can fit any theme. They can also be made into customized. They can be stacked together allowing them to be easily used to create very interesting unit placements. Some can be used to create sofa tables, breakfronts or even dining areas.

Using Private Label Articles To Create Profit Pulling Article Directories

Tuesday, March 31st, 2009

By far one of the easiest and most rewarding ways to profit from private label articles is to use them as the foundation for creating your own article directory however NOT in the way the general crowd are doing it.

I’m talking about NICHE article directories such as Home Improvement Article Directory, Health Article Directory, etc.

Why Niche?

Because everyone and their dog in recent months have tried to start their own article directory and almost all of them are struggling to make them work.

They are all making the same mistake. There are already plenty of big successful article directories online and competing against these guys is always going to be tough work.

But going niche gives you the edge.

My reasoning behind this is the same as in any over saturated market.

Take the popular field of online dating. There are already very established and successful dating sites online that have virtually cornered the market and any newcomers struggle to even make a dent.

But those who have gone Niche are succeeding. Dating sites have sprung up for Christians, Jews, Gays, Horse Lovers and so on.

Some have succeeded going what I call sub-niche: For example within the Christian niche there are sites for Catholics, Pentecostals, etc.

I hope you see what I mean by going niche and with this concept in mind when using private label articles to create your own article directories go niche.

By joining a private label article membership you receive 200 brand new articles every month that you can expand your article directory with. If you stick with it in one year you would have an article directory website consisting of a minimum of 2400 pages.

Every one of those pages earning income from Google Adsense, or from affiliate programs or capturing email addresses for your list.

An even more important advantage of an article directory with your private label articles is in the fact that you can add your own resource box to each and every article.

What does this mean?

It means everytime another webmaster uses your articles they are linking back to your websites increasing your search engine exposure and in turn your profit potential.

How to Liken Offshore Companies

Sunday, March 29th, 2009

Nowadays many unscrupulous business firms are providing corps and savings bank accounts in numerous unique jurisdictions with a browsing list of nations useable nearly every one of them no more any right, many being set on Caribbean islands and are deceptive the customers into thinking they are real Offshore Companies with privacy benefits. False!!!
Let’s study some affairs to see for when browsing for an offshore company.

Camber Concealment – Without this we are not participating. We desire the bank to not be confident to divulge any data about the bank account including whether or not such a banking history even lives unless there is an order from a adequate court of justice in the area where the bank is located. More concealment than this does not survive any property today. Numbered accounts are dead. Sparbuch accounts in Austria are allover gone, yes I am aware individuals provide them for sales agreement on internet sites but they are completely long gone and closed up. The banks privacy laws must be composed into the natural law of the kingdom in question. Belize has zero such banking concern privacy jurisprudences written in their laws, people just seem to have faith in them even though there would be zero court-ordered penalization for them to uncover banking concern information if they see worthy to do so. We need bank secretiveness practices of law to call for prison and civil penalties for any infringements in accession to appropriate for 1 to bring suit against the bank for encroachments. Panama fits this test.

MLAT – MutualLegalAssistanceTreaty. Umpteen countries have recruited into these understandings. For a list of countries that have embarked into these agreements with the USA courtesy of the US Government.

It is outraging as to how numerous countries are in such arrangements. Even Panama is in such an correspondence but it is reasonably restricted in reach.

Screenwriting and The Hero’s Journey – First Catharsis

Sunday, March 29th, 2009

The Hero’s Journey is the template upon which the vast majority of successful stories and Hollywood blockbusters are based upon. Understanding this template is a priority for story or screenwriters:

The Hero’s Journey:

• Attempts to tap into unconscious expectations the audience has regarding what a story is and how it should be told.

• Gives the writer more structural elements than simply three or four acts, plot points, mid point and so on.

• Interpreted metaphorically, laterally and symbolically, allows an infinite number of varied stories to be created.

The Hero’s Journey is also a study of repeating patterns in successful stories and screenplays. It is compelling that screenwriters have a higher probability of producing quality work when they mirror the recurring patterns found in successful screenplays.

Consider this:

• Titanic (1997) grossed over $600,000,000 – uses the Hero’s Journey as a template.

• Star Wars (1977) grossed over $460,000,000 – uses the Hero’s Journey as a template.

• Shrek 2 (2004) grossed over $436,000,000 – uses the Hero’s Journey as a template.

• ET (1982) grossed over $434,000,000 – uses the Hero’s Journey as a template.

• Spiderman (2002) grossed over $432,000,000 – uses the Hero’s Journey as a template.

• Out of Africa (1985), Terms of Endearment (1983), Dances with Wolves (1990), Gladiator (2000) – All Academy Award Winners Best Film are based on the Hero’s Journey.

• Anti-hero stories (Raging Bull (1980), Goodfellas (1990) etc) are all based on the Hero’s Journey.

• Heroine’s Journey stories (Million Dollar Baby (2004), Out of Africa (1980) etc) are all based on the Hero’s Journey.

Screenwriting and The Hero’s Journey – First Catharsis

The penultimate stage of the standard Hero’s Journey is the Master of the Two Worlds (detailed versions include the Afterlife etc…). This stage can also be called the Final Conflict as it is where the hero conquers his or her outer challenge.

The Outer Challenge is conquered in stages of, normally, three: the three catharses. This process is more evident in straight good versus evil stories but can be spotted in other stories (Raging Bull, 1980).

The build up to the first catharsis usually involves the hero battling the antagonist and losing. That is until the antagonist commits an intolerable antagonism that causes the hero to show his true self.

For example, in Return of the Jedi (1983), Luke refuses to outright defeat Vader and turn to the dark side until he threatens to begin the process with his sister, Leia.

Diplomas from Colleges and Universities

Wearing a Graduation Hood

The type of graduation hood one wears will depend on the university one attends and the field of study the person is undertaking. Universities use different hoods depending on the degree level from which one is graduating. The difference lies in the color used. For instance, there are different colors for those graduating with bachelor, masters and doctorate degrees. In some universities, bachelor degree graduates from different faculties, wear different hood colors.

The type of
graduation hood worn depends on the fabric used to make it. The widely used material is silk. Most of the hoods are black in color with the lining being a different color. In most universities, each school has its own colors. For instance, business graduates wear black hoods, with drab lining. Education students wear black hoods, with light blue lining, while those graduating in the arts wear black hoods with white lining.

Wearing the graduation hood can be quite challenging. This is because graduates are not properly taught how to do it. However, putting it on is an easy task. The hood is placed over the head, this makes the drape fall on the back of the gown. The lining should be visible from the outside to display the faculty from which the graduate is. There is a cord at the back of the hood, which will keep the hood firmly in place.

What Is The Attitude Of Your Heart Toward Money?

Friday, March 27th, 2009

The attitude of your heart is more important to God than what you do. I suggest you read the following Scriptures, in full, to see what the Lord has to say about the importance of attitude: 1 Samuel 16:7; Psalm 51:6; 16-17; Matthew 15: 18-20 and 23:26

It has been said about attitude: Attitude is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than what other people think or say or do. Attitude is more important than appearance, fitness or skill. Attitude will make or break a company, a church or a home.

The remarkable thing, and I believe you’ll agree, is this: we each have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will assume for that day. I think you will agree we cannot change our past. We cannot control nor change the fact that people will act in certain ways of their own choosing. In addition, we cannot change the inevitable. The only thing you and I can do on a daily or minute-by-minute basis is to change or control our attitude.

If our attitude toward God is one of service, stewardship and complete dependence, then we will never have any financial problems because our attitude is one of complete obedience to the Lord. As we are obedient we will, as good stewards, discover that it is easy to manage our financial affairs as God instructs us over and over again in the Bible. Remember, there are over 800 verses about money management in the Bible.

God wants us to be debt-free, to owe no man anything but love. He wants us to be successful and prosperous. But how, we ask? Here’s how:

You can owe no man anything at all by changing our attitude toward money and then – simply spending less than you make!

If you will do this one thing, that is spending less than you make, month-after-month, an amazing thing will happen to you and your attitude! For one thing, you will then have money in the bank!
Wouldn’t that be great? Just think, you could soon have your money working for you instead of the other way around.

To say it another way: If you spend all of the money you get, you are a financial failure and your attitude about many things could be one of discouragement, to say the least.

More importantly, when you spend more than you make you are not being obedient to the Lord. But, if – as a Christian you habitually are obedient to the Lord by always spending less than you make, your life will change. Why?

Because, when you have money in the bank it has a direct relationship on the way you live and – obviously – you’ll have a whole new, very optimistic – attitude.
